SDC150i

The SDC150i is a fully electric-pneumatic open-pit DTH drilling rig, equipped with a drilling diameter range of 115–165 mm and delivering a powerful flushing air volume and pressure of 21 m³/min at 22 bar.

Supporting multiple communication modes such as 5G and self-organizing network systems, it integrates advanced features including remote control, hole layout navigation, and one-touch intelligent drilling. Operators can achieve precise long-distance control, enabling safe, efficient, and intelligent drilling operations even in complex and variable working conditions such as open-pit mining, rock excavation, and slope support.

1. Immersive Remote Cockpit: equipped with three 43-inch yD displaysthat replicate the cabin interface 1:1, supporting multi-mocommunication via WiFi, 5G, or radio.

2. Low-Latency, High-Reliability Communication: communication delay is<200ms, supporting data transmission, real-time video feedback, and real-time monitoring of vehicle attitude.

One-Touch drilling System

1. Intelligent Process Control: automatically detects rock conditions, using half poworto start the hole, full power for drilling, and features automatic anti-jamming;

2. Fully Automatic Rod-Handling: utilizes encoders and pressure detection to automaticallyadd and remove dril rods, stopping automatically when the preset depth is reached.
