LGMRT SDC190H DTH Drill Rig Passes Customer Acceptance in Uzbekistan

An LGMRT SDC190H integrated down-the-hole drill rig has completed delivery and successfully passed customer acceptance at a mining site in Uzbekistan.

The acceptance was conducted under actual mine-site conditions, with the machine's overall operating performance verified in the field. Successful completion of this stage marks an important project milestone and prepares the unit for drilling operations at the site.

Built for Large-Diameter Surface Drilling

The SDC190H is an integrated DTH drill rig developed for large-diameter drilling applications in open-pit mines and quarries, with a focus on drilling performance, operating stability and adaptability to demanding working conditions.

Its drilling diameter ranges from 138 to 229 mm, supporting 102 mm, 114 mm, 127 mm and 140 mm drill rods, together with 6-inch, 7-inch and 8-inch DTH hammers.

The machine is powered by a 563 kW engine and equipped with an air compressor rated at 31 m³/min at 24.5 bar, providing the compressed-air capacity required for large-diameter DTH drilling. Its operating weight is approximately 28,500 kg.

An HRH170 rotary head provides a maximum rotary torque of 6,400 Nm and a maximum rotary speed of 80 rpm, supporting drilling across varying rock conditions. 

From Delivery to Mine-Site Operation

The performance of mining equipment is ultimately proven under real operating conditions. Conducting the acceptance directly at the project site in Uzbekistan allowed the machine to be evaluated in its actual working environment.

With delivery and on-site acceptance completed, the SDC190H has now entered the operational stage of the project.

The project provides another practical reference for the application of the SDC190H in large-scale surface drilling and further demonstrates its suitability for mining operations in Central Asia.
