LGMG 2026 Graduate Onboarding Training Program Successfully Concludes

This summer, LGMG successfully concluded its onboarding training program for the 2026 graduate cohort.

After 19 days of intensive training and development, the new employees completed an important transition from campus life to the workplace. They are now preparing to begin frontline internship assignments, where they will put their knowledge into practice and develop real-world skills through hands-on experience in production operations.

The program followed a clear development path, progressing from workplace awareness and knowledge building to personal discipline and team development. By combining practical learning with immersion in corporate culture, the training laid a solid foundation for the new employees' professional journey.

Breaking the Ice: A New Identity and a New Beginning

The program began with relaxed and engaging team-building activities.

New employees were divided into groups to create their own team names, slogans and flags. Through interactive activities, participants quickly became familiar with one another and began building a strong sense of teamwork.

During the opening ceremony, program leaders introduced the training plan and workplace standards in detail, helping participants establish a clearer understanding of professional expectations.

Company leaders also shared messages of encouragement, urging the new employees to move beyond campus thinking, take initiative in pursuing development opportunities, continuously strengthen their capabilities and build their careers step by step at LGMG.

Safety training and production line visits were also organized, enabling the new employees to develop strong safety awareness from the beginning while gaining first-hand insight into LGMG's manufacturing capabilities.

Multi-Dimensional Development: Building Strong Professional Capabilities

During the classroom training stage, 24 specialized courses covered a wide range of topics including corporate culture, business understanding, compliance requirements and productivity tools, providing comprehensive support for the professional development of new employees.

LGMG's president shared personal career experiences and reflections on professional growth, while senior executives and experienced business professionals also participated in face-to-face sessions, turning practical workplace experience and corporate culture into useful guidance for the new employees.

The program also included themed debate competitions and daily review sessions.

Through debates, participants strengthened their logical thinking and communication skills. Daily reflection helped them transform learning from simple knowledge input into active understanding and practical output.

Tracing the Company's Roots: Understanding and Passing on the LGMG Spirit

During the training program, the new employees took part in a cultural learning journey titled “Retracing the Lingong Journey.”

They visited the Linyi production base and Lingong Museum, exploring the company's development from historical exhibits to modern intelligent production lines.

Through this on-site experience, participants gained a deeper understanding of the company's history, brand heritage and corporate culture, strengthening their sense of belonging and responsibility.

Building Resilience: Strengthening Teamwork and Determination

Military-style training and team development activities provided an opportunity to strengthen both personal discipline and team cohesion.

During the training sessions, participants repeatedly practiced each movement and task, developing stronger discipline, perseverance and professional responsibility through continuous effort.

In the team development activities, new employees stepped outside their comfort zones and worked together to complete a series of challenges.

Each shared task helped strengthen mutual trust, execution capability and resilience under pressure, while further building a stronger sense of unity across the group.

Moving Forward: Turning Knowledge into Frontline Experience

At the closing ceremony, a review of the training journey and recognition of outstanding participants brought the 19-day program to a successful conclusion.

The new employees will now move into their frontline internship stage, transitioning from classrooms to workshops and from theory to practice, where they will continue developing professional capabilities through hands-on work.

Youth marks the beginning, not the end of the journey.
