LGMG Headquarters Relocates, Ushering in a New Chapter

Silk ribbons fluttered and laughter filled the air on the morning of September 17, as the relocation ceremony of Lingong Group’s new office building in Jinan kicked off in a warm and celebratory atmosphere. Leaders from the Jinan High-Tech Zone government, financial system, Lingong Group Chairman Wang Zhizhong, Lingong Heavy Machinery Chairman Yu Mengsheng, President Zhang Shanrui, Party Secretary & Chief Strategy Officer Zhi Kaiyin, CTO & Deputy GM of Shandong Lingong, Chief Engineer Chi Feng, along with more than 400 employee representatives attended the event. The ceremony was presided over by Lingong Heavy Machinery Deputy Party Secretary and Union Chair Fang Liyou.

President Zhang Shanrui of Lingong Heavy Machinery delivered the opening speech, expressing gratitude to the High-Tech Zone government and various social supporters for their continuous support. He outlined the company’s development plans and vision following the relocation, demonstrating determination to achieve new brilliance from this new starting point. He stated, “We will take this relocation as an opportunity to further deepen innovation-driven development, comprehensively improve management and service levels, actively embrace globalization, continuously deliver high-quality products and solutions, and create greater value for our clients and society.”

Chi Feng, CTO of Lingong Group, Deputy GM of Shandong Lingong, and Chief Engineer, then addressed the ceremony from the perspective of technological innovation. He encouraged the R&D team to rigorously follow the “two musts” research and development guideline, pursue excellence with professionalism, embrace the new era through creativity, and strive to contribute further to the company’s high-quality development.

Zhang Zhe, member of the Party Working Committee of Jinan High-Tech Zone, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee & Executive Deputy Director of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Jinan Area, congratulated Lingong Heavy Machinery on the relocation of its headquarters. He expressed expectations that Lingong Heavy Machinery would serve as a “new engine” for innovative development and a “new link” for regional industrial collaboration, continuously driving industrial growth and contributing to regional economic development.

Chairman Yu Mengsheng of Lingong Heavy Machinery recalled the company’s extraordinary 13-year development journey, highlighting the unity, hard work, and pioneering spirit of all Lingong employees that led to today’s achievements. He emphasized that the relocation to the new office building is an important step in expanding development space and improving strategic layout. “This new office will carry our commitment to global clients and serve as a crucial window for benchmarking against international standards and stepping onto the world stage.”

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Chairman Wang Zhizhong of Lingong Group and Chairman Yu Mengsheng of Lingong Heavy Machinery performed the lion eye-dotting together, bringing the ceremony to its climax. After the event, government and financial leaders, along with executives from Lingong Group and Lingong Heavy Machinery, toured the park exhibition hall and Lingong Heavy Machinery’s Global Digital Service Dispatch Center, gaining a deep understanding of the company’s recent digital transformation initiatives and achievements, praising its prospects and technological and global development path.
