Two LGMG Products Recognized on Construction Machinery Gala Star List

On September 22, the 16th “Construction Machinery Brand Gala,” organized by HuiCong Construction Machinery Network, was held at the Beijing Guoce International Conference & Exhibition Center. At the event, the “2025 Annual TOP10 List of the Construction Machinery Industry” was officially released. Among them, the RTE136 New Energy Pure Electric Mining Dump Truck was named on the “2025 Annual TOP10 New Energy Star Products in the Construction Machinery Industry” list, while the H1840 Telescopic Boom Forklift was included in the “2025 Annual TOP10 User-Satisfaction Star Products in the Construction Machinery Industry” list. The RTE136 New Energy Pure Electric Mining Dump Truck, with a rated load of 93 tons, is developed based on LGMG's proprietary core technology platform and holds over 60 patents, including more than 30 invention patents. It has published over 30 standards and participated in the formulation of three national standards. This model features a large-capacity integrated charging-and-swapping lithium iron phosphate battery, independently developed long-life battery system for mining trucks, with a lifespan increased by 30%. The self-developed drive motor features dual-temperature redundant protection, reducing failure rates by 50%. Structural components such as the frame and suspension have been fully upgraded, increasing reliability by over 30%. Equipped with more than 20 self-developed safety features, it leads the industry in safety. Economically, compared to fuel-powered trucks of the same class, it saves more than 700,000 CNY per year.

The H1840 Telescopic Boom Forklift, with a rated load of 4 tons and a maximum lifting height of 18 meters, can perform multiple operations including “forking, lifting, loading, grabbing, hoisting, and clamping” through quick attachment changes. This product is highly powerful and well-equipped, featuring a CAN-topology electronic control system, mechanical-hydraulic leveling technology, CAE analysis of key structural components, and simulation calculations. Its control system is precise and efficient, with user-friendly human-machine interaction and excellent off-road performance. It has been widely applied in construction and mining operations. Since its launch in 2023, it has quickly captured the market and has been sold domestically and exported to countries including Dubai and Turkey, earning widespread recognition.
