LGMG Debuts Innovative Products at Global Festival

From September 26 to 27, the grand event — gathering more than a thousand global customers and partners of LGMG — was held in Jinan, China. The livestream drew tens of thousands of viewers who interacted online, witnessing together the powerful strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing.

At the main launch conference—buzzing with customers from around the world—the new series of new-energy autonomous mining vehicles from LGMG made a stunning debut. Models including the UTE136, RTH100, RTH136, RTH156, and RTE136 were orderly displayed in the exhibition area, matched with boards showing technical parameters. Alongside real-time explanations from professional presenters, on-site clients gained a clear understanding of each vehicle’s design philosophy and functional advantages.

This product series is built on a standard drive-by-wire chassis and fully supports unmanned driving, with a full stack of self-developed vehicle intelligent control: safer, more energy-efficient, and more effective. Among them: The second-generation hybrid benchmark RTH156 integrates over 20 self-developed safety features, with reinforced structural components and a 30% increase in reliability; The UTE136 can be remote controlled or driverless, offering full coverage over 600–1056 kWh, and supports multiple energy replenishment modes: charging, battery swap, fast charge, and slow charge; The pure electric RTE136 supports back-mounted and side-mounted battery swapping, and is compatible with multiple brands and types of battery swap systems.

Particularly noteworthy was the unveiling of the super-fast charging unmanned mining vehicle RTE136. Built on the mature RTH chassis, it is a pure electric, super fast charge autonomous model, fitted with a 3.5 C fast charge battery of 872–1056 kWh, perfectly matched to a super-charger system. It significantly increases operating efficiency and, relative to battery swap mode, markedly reduces initial investment. This vehicle has completed over 30,000 km of rigorous testing in Xinjiang, Hubei, and other regions, achieving 100% uptime, demonstrating the extreme reliability of LGMG ’s new energy products.

At the Global Customer Festival, LGMG also launched heavy new products including an integrated smart mine solar-storage-charging solution, new energy mining vehicles, high-reach machinery (gaomi machines), and the X-series forklifts.

The smart mine solar-storage-charging integrated solution combines photovoltaic power generation, intelligent energy storage, and ultra fast charging technology. It can not only realize local consumption of green electricity and greatly reduce power costs, but with a 2.88 MW supercharging system, it can recharge a mining truck from 20% to 90% in 18 minutes — rivaling traditional fuel refueling efficiency, and offering a new paradigm for green transformation in the industry.

In high-reach machinery, models like the T56JE-2 (straight boom), AR42J-2 (articulated boom), and SR2625E-2 (off-road) offer worry-free, efficient, and safe operation. Among them, the flagship pure electric T56JE-2 has been fully upgraded on six dimensions: boom deflection stiffness and rigidity improved by 30%, more stable structure; solved the pain point of “instant load shock vibration” for better control precision; exclusive container transport design to save on transport; low-speed high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor to reduce energy consumption by over 12% with stronger power; 840 Ah large capacity lithium battery plus dual high current charging system to extend range — establishing a new standard in the electric-drive high-reach platform industry.

The X-series counterbalance forklifts adopt a lead-acid + lithium hybrid platform design, combining high power, high responsiveness, and high stability to meet daily operational demands. For example, the X7 model uses international top-tier brand core components, offering super-strong performance and reliability. It is equipped with a self-developed LGMG intelligent control system to monitor real-time vehicle operating status; with a wheel-side dual drive architecture and wet brakes, it achieves a top speed of 20 km/h and a maximum loaded gradeability of 20%.

As the “dual-carbon” (carbon peak and carbon neutrality) goals accelerate, China’s construction machinery industry is showing new trends in green transformation and intelligent upgrading.
