Welcome to LGMG Authorized Distributor
Recently, with the final batch of MT106H wide-body mining trucks successfully arriving in Côte d’Ivoire and completing acceptance, the phased delivery task was brought to a successful close. From the first batch of equipment being put into operation to the successive arrival of later batches, a large-scale transportation fleet composed of this model has now been fully deployed in the heart of West Africa, providing strong support for mining and haulage operations. LGMG after-sales service personnel participated throughout the delivery and support process, witnessing how “Always Available, Always Reliable” has evolved from a service commitment into a daily reality at the mining site.
Helping Customers Take Full Control of Operation and Maintenance
After the equipment arrived, ensuring efficient operation became the top priority. The mining site in West Africa is located in a remote area, where local operators and maintenance personnel have varying levels of familiarity with large mining equipment. At the early stage of delivery, the service team immediately launched systematic training covering five key modules: vehicle structure and principles, operating procedures, maintenance standards, troubleshooting, and safety management. The training adopted an immersive “one-on-one, in-cab practical operation” model, ensuring that every operator could master equipment operation skills in real working scenarios.
Language and cultural differences are challenges that overseas service teams must overcome. To support local users, the service team produced professional French training videos covering every key step from pre-start inspection to daily maintenance. The videos can be replayed and reviewed at any time, acting like an around-the-clock trainer and effectively making up for the limitations of on-site training time while reducing operational risks caused by communication gaps. LGMG firmly believes that only when the customer’s team can independently and properly carry out routine maintenance can the service commitment of “teaching people how to fish” be truly fulfilled—not simply solving problems for customers, but helping them build their own maintenance capabilities.
Frontline Support with Spare Parts Ready
Operating conditions in West African mining areas are complex and demanding. Once equipment stops, the efficiency of the entire transportation line is directly affected. LGMG has developed a dedicated service support solution tailored to the project’s needs, with professional technical service engineers stationed at the mining site for long-term frontline support. From early-morning pre-operation inspections to late-night fault response, they remain on site at all times. As promised by the company’s “7×24-hour uninterrupted service response,” they are the people closest to the equipment and the first people customers turn to for support.
Spare parts response speed is also a key factor in equipment attendance. The service team carefully reviewed high-frequency wear parts and key maintenance parts, developed a dedicated spare parts list, assisted the customer in purchasing genuine parts, and established a project-specific spare parts reserve. Today, parts required for routine maintenance, wear part replacement, and common fault repairs are largely available on demand, significantly shortening spare parts waiting time and reducing downtime risks. Strong equipment performance combined with reliable service support gives customers true peace of mind on both fronts.
Hardcore Quality Built for Extreme Conditions
The MT106H is a professional model designed for heavy-duty transportation in large open-pit mines, featuring strong load capacity, high chassis stability, and excellent environmental adaptability. Powered by the LGMG-dedicated Weichai WP14T series engine, it adopts front hydro-pneumatic suspension technology, rear suspension lateral rods, and maintenance-free balance shaft technology, combined with a large-section frame for enhanced stability and reliability. From earthwork stripping to ore transfer, and from muddy working faces to heavy-load slopes, the MT106H delivers stable performance across multiple operating scenarios with excellent passability and reliability. After being put into large-scale operation, it has significantly improved the overall transportation efficiency of the mining site.
From classroom-based theoretical instruction to hands-on training under the blazing sun, and from the successful operation of the first batch of equipment to the efficient coordination of the entire fleet, customer trust is never earned through a single delivery. It is built day by day through on-site commitment, every late-night response to urgent needs, and every problem solved with real results. Looking ahead, the LGMG service team will continue to stay close to frontline operations, combining reliable products with field-oriented service to provide sustained momentum for mining projects in West Africa.
