Welcome to LGMG Authorized Distributor
Across the vast land of Africa, LGMG’s yellow mining trucks and red excavators shuttle between mining sites, becoming a “main force” in the development of the local mining industry. To practice the service philosophy of “Always Online, Always Reliable” and convey the warmth of LGMG, LGMG launched its Service Journey Across Africa. The service team set off from Harare, a city in southern Africa, heading westward through Kwekwe and Norton, and onward to Hwange. With every step, they measured their responsibility; with professionalism, they stayed true to their original mission, delivering the most considerate service to every customer.
First Stop · Harare: Focusing on the Core and Strengthening the Foundation of Service
As an important city in Africa, Harare is not only a political and economic center, but also a core hub of LGMG’s service network. The first stop of this Service Journey Across Africa officially began here.
The service team first carried out a centralized inspection of CMT96 wide-body mining trucks in the region. In the maintenance workshop, engineers worked with full concentration, conducting a comprehensive inspection of key components such as the engine, transmission, and hydraulic system, leaving no potential fault or hidden risk unchecked. At the mining site, technical personnel communicated face to face with local operators, provided hands-on guidance, and explained in detail the key points of daily equipment maintenance and operation standards. They also corrected improper operating habits, enabling local employees to truly master practical skills in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, laying a solid foundation for the following service journey.

Third Stop · Norton: Facing Challenges Head-On and Safeguarding Equipment Efficiency
Continuing westward, the service team arrived at the Norton mining area. With rugged terrain and complex working conditions, this site places higher demands on equipment performance and stability, while also serving as a test of LGMG’s service professionalism.
Upon arrival, the service team immediately carried out a comprehensive “health check” on the equipment, focusing on key areas such as the hydraulic pipelines of excavators and wear on mining truck bodies. Preventive maintenance was performed on multiple units, with wearing parts replaced in a timely manner and special lubricating oil replenished to ensure the equipment remained stable and reliable under high-intensity operations. Local technicians actively participated in the maintenance process, working side by side with LGMG engineers and discussing equipment operation techniques under special working conditions. Through this exchange, they enhanced their professional capabilities, creating a strong on-site learning atmosphere.

Final Stop · Hwange: Staying True to the Original Mission and Continuing to Write a New Chapter of Service
Every long journey eventually comes to an end, but the original mission of service never stops. The final stop of this Service Journey Across Africa was the Hwange mining area in southern Africa. At the busy open-pit coal mine, LGMG’s red excavators worked efficiently, while yellow mining trucks shuttled back and forth, creating a vibrant picture of mining development.
After arriving on site, the service team not only carried out in-depth maintenance on the equipment, but also took into account the working conditions of coal mines, where dust levels are high and corrosion is severe. They provided customers with recommendations for equipment protection upgrades, including optimization of air filters and anti-corrosion treatment for key components, helping the equipment better adapt to the mining environment, extend its service life, and create greater value for customers.
