In recent days, top executives from Lingong Group—including Chairman Wang Zhizhong, Lingong Heavy Machinery Chairman Yu Mengsheng, President Zhang Shanrui, and Vice President Li Liangang—have conducted an intensive series of visits to frontline operations across Europe. Their itinerary included strategic meetings and field visits to Lingong Heavy Machinery’s European subsidiary. They were accompanied throughout by Liu Xuewen, General Manager of Lingong Heavy Machinery Europe, and Wang Chao, General Manager of the European company.

During his visit, Chairman Wang received detailed briefings on operations, finance, legal affairs, HR, and how the subsidiary is addressing the EU’s anti-dumping and countervailing investigations. He stressed the importance of promoting product differentiation, accelerating integration of the company’s Mexican plant, and enhancing coordination across the global supply chain and service systems. This marked Wang’s first physical visit to the European subsidiary. While touring the product showroom, logistics center, and training base, he praised the European team’s professional capabilities and achievements in localization, encouraging continued innovation and proactive market expansion to effectively tackle market volatility.

Chairman Yu focused on reviewing Q1 performance and Q2 planning with the local team, holding in-depth exchanges on product upgrades and cross-border collaboration with headquarters. After visiting the spare parts area, he acknowledged the operational progress and team spirit, and emphasized the goal of establishing the European unit as a benchmark for overseas growth within the group.

President Zhang’s discussions centered on market development, brand strategy, operations, and team building. He expressed strong recognition of the company’s progress and stressed the need to build a solid foundation for sustainable growth based on past achievements and experience.
As Lingong Heavy Machinery’s first overseas subsidiary, the European branch has grown into a mature international enterprise through years of steady development. Moving forward, the company will further enhance its dealer and key account network to drive growth and foster shared success. The visit by top executives not only set the strategic direction for European operations but also inspired confidence across the team, providing fresh momentum for Lingong’s global journey.
