Jinan, China – LinGong Heavy Machinery(LGMG) proudly unveiled its newly developed AT45 articulated dump truck during the 1ST LGMG GLOBAL CUSTOMER FESTIVAL. AT45, renowned for its powerful performance, all-terrain adaptability, and intelligent control system, significantly enriches LGMG's product portfolio in the off-road transportation sector, highlighting the innovative capabilities of Chinese manufacturing in heavy machinery.

Engineered for Extreme Working Conditions
With a curb weight of 34,500 kg and a rated payload of 45 tons, the AT45 is equipped with a robust Weichai engine delivering 412 kW, ensuring stable and powerful power output. The vehicle achieves a maximum gradability of 45%, maintaining exceptional off-road performance even on muddy, rugged, or steep terrain, enabling continuous all-terrain, all-weather operation.

Intelligent Control Meets Energy Efficiency and Eco-Friendliness
The AT45 features a linear full hydraulic steering system and a load-sensing hydraulic lifting system, significantly enhancing operational precision and smoothness. It utilizes a front hydro-pneumatic suspension and a rear rubber suspension with an equalizer beam, striking an optimal balance between load capacity and driving stability. In terms of energy efficiency, the AT45 incorporates optimized power matching and brake energy management, along with an engine brake and oil-cooled wet multi-disc service brakes, effectively reducing energy consumption while ensuring safety.

User-Centered Design and Comprehensive Safety Assurance
The centrally positioned cab, combined with a suspended seat, provides the operator with expansive visibility and a comfortable driving experience. The vehicle is fitted with a large 530L fuel tank and a cargo box offering a heaped capacity of 26.1 m³, boosting operational efficiency while reducing time spent on refueling and loading/unloading. Furthermore, the AT45 incorporates multiple safety redundancies in its braking system, including a normally closed parking brake and a retarder brake, ensuring operational safety under complex conditions such as loaded downhill descent.
