Welcome to LGMG Authorized Distributor
Recently, batches of LGMG RTH100 100-ton-class hybrid mining dump trucks and ME109 large mining excavators were officially introduced into a copper mining area in South America. With robust equipment performance and low-carbon technology solutions, the newfleet will support more efficient mining and haulage operations while further expanding the presence of high-end Chinese mining equipment in the South American market.

The mining area features significant elevation changes and numerous haul ramps. Continuous year-round open-pit operations place demanding requirements on truck payload, power, endurance and durability.
As one of LGMG's key hybrid mining truck models, the RTH100 offers a rated payload of up to 100 tonnes and is equipped with a high-power diesel-electric hybrid system. The engine operates within a consistently efficient operating range, while braking energy generated on downhill sections can be recovered and stored. This helps significantly reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions, supporting the mining industry's transition toward greener operations in South America.

Delivered alongside the RTH100, the ME109 100-ton-class mining excavator is designed with safety and reliability at its core. Its fully electronically controlled intelligent system helps reduce fuel consumption by 10%.
The machine is equipped with an original imported high-power engine that operates efficiently without the need for an exhaust aftertreatment system. A two-stage air filtration system with reverse-air cleaning significantly extends maintenance intervals, enabling the ME109 to adapt effectively to dusty and demanding mining environments while helping reduce operating costs.
LGMG products currently account for approximately 50% of the 100-ton-class excavators operating in the mining area. Working together, the ME109 and RTH100 form an efficient excavating and haulage combination, providing stable equipment support for continuous, high-intensity mining operations.
Supported by LGMG's localized service system, the equipment will also be backed by on-site maintenance, local spare parts support and operator training. This integrated service approach helps improve equipment availability and provides timely support for continuous mining operations.
The deployment of these hybrid mining trucks and excavators not only reflects the overseas customer's recognition of LGMG equipment in terms of reliability and operating economy, but also represents another step forward for Chinese mining equipment in high-end international mining applications.

Looking ahead, LGMG will continue to advance its hybrid and pure electric new-energy mining equipment portfolio and further develop integrated mining operation solutions for the South American market.
Through lower operating costs, stronger product performance and more comprehensive localized services, LGMG aims to contribute to greener, more efficient and smarter mining operations worldwide.
