Welcome to LGMG Authorized Distributor
On July 10, 2026, the 12th LGMRT Underground Equipment Specialized Training Program successfully concluded in Jinan after one week of intensive study and practical training.
As the installed base of UD391-series drilling rigs and underground LHDs continues to grow, efficient and reliable equipment operation has become increasingly important. This training program focused on the maintenance and servicing of key underground mining equipment, providing technical personnel from mining sites across China with a systematic learning experience combining theoretical instruction with scenario-based practical training.

The first day of training began with an immersive factory visit.
All participants gathered and traveled to the production facility, where the opening ceremony introduced the objectives, training requirements, safety rules, and learning schedule for the week.
During the factory tour, participants observed the complete equipment manufacturing process at close range and gained a deeper understanding of LGMRT’s production standards, engineering capabilities, and commitment to product quality.

After returning from the factory, the first classroom session focused on workplace safety.
Underground mining environments involve complex operating conditions and significant safety risks. Safety therefore remains the foundation of all equipment operation and maintenance activities.
The instructors provided detailed explanations of underground construction standards, equipment operating procedures, safety requirements, and emergency response methods.
This session helped strengthen safety awareness among all participants and laid a solid foundation for the theoretical and practical courses that followed.

The theoretical training covered the major systems, operating principles, and common service issues of underground mining equipment.
Key training topics included:
Hydraulic systems, electrical systems, control logic, and common fault analysis for underground LHDs
Hydraulic and electrical operating principles of drilling rigs
Hydraulic circuit and electrical circuit inspection and troubleshooting methods
Basic operating principles of rock drills
Fundamentals of drilling tools
Common causes of drilling tool failure and methods for preventing premature damage
The instructors explained the equipment step by step, from individual components to complete machines and from basic operating principles to fault diagnosis.
This structured approach helped participants develop a deeper understanding of equipment construction, operating logic, and maintenance requirements.

Practical training was the core focus of the program.
After completing the theoretical courses, participants carried out hands-on exercises under the guidance of experienced instructors.
The training scenarios were designed to simulate real underground operating and maintenance conditions. Instructors provided one-on-one guidance, corrected improper procedures, and helped participants apply theoretical knowledge to practical service tasks.
Through repeated practice, participants improved their ability to inspect equipment, identify faults, perform repairs, and resolve common maintenance challenges encountered in daily field service.

At the end of the week-long program, all participants completed comprehensive theoretical and practical assessments.
The assessments were designed to evaluate their understanding of equipment systems, troubleshooting procedures, maintenance standards, and practical operating skills.
Participants who successfully completed the training and achieved outstanding assessment results received certificates and recognition.
They will now return to their respective mining sites with stronger technical capabilities and greater confidence in supporting equipment operation and maintenance.
This was the 12th specialized underground equipment training program organized by LGMRT.
The continued delivery of standardized technical training is intended to:
Improve the professional skills of service partners, equipment operators, and maintenance personnel
Reduce equipment failure rates
Standardize operating, inspection, and repair procedures
Extend the service life of machines, rock drills, and drilling tools
Improve equipment availability and operating efficiency
Respond more quickly to market service requirements
Provide mining customers with reliable technical support
By continuously strengthening the capabilities of frontline service personnel, LGMRT is helping customers improve equipment reliability and achieve more efficient mining operations.
Looking ahead, Jinan LGMRT will continue to optimize its training system and introduce more specialized technical programs for different machine models, operating conditions, and service scenarios.
With more professional technical support and a more comprehensive service system, LGMRT will continue working closely with mining customers and partners to improve productivity, reduce operating costs, and create long-term value in the mining industry.
