LGMG SDC150 DTH Drilling Rig Delivered to Wenzhou Customer

Recently, an LGMG SDC150 down-the-hole drilling rig was successfully sold and delivered to a customer in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The machine supports drilling diameters ranging from 115 to 165 mm and is compatible with 76 mm, 89 mm and 102 mm drill rods. Powered by a Cummins L9 engine with a rated power of 264 kW, the drilling rig delivers strong and stable performance under demanding working conditions.

To meet customers’ requirements for high drilling efficiency and continuous operation, the SDC150 is equipped with a high-capacity air compressor. The compressor provides an air displacement of up to 18 m³/min and a working pressure of 22 bar.

The machine can be matched with 4-inch and 5-inch DTH hammers, helping improve drilling efficiency while maintaining reliable hole quality.

6+1 Rod Storage System and Maximum Hole Depth of 29 Meters

One of the key features of the SDC150 is its 6+1 drill rod storage system. The system allows the machine to carry multiple drill rods, reducing auxiliary operation time and improving continuous drilling efficiency.

With the rod storage system, the machine can achieve a maximum hole depth of up to 29 meters, making it suitable for a variety of mining, quarrying and construction applications.
