China Machinery Industry Federation Delegation Visits LGMG for Research and Exchange

On August 21, Luo Junjie, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China Machinery Industry Federation, together with Wang Lisha, Department Director, and Wang Hongyan, Executive Vice President of the Shandong Machinery Industry Association, visited LGMG headquarters for research and exchange.

LGMG President Zhang Shanrui, Vice President Yu Detao, and heads of relevant departments received the delegation and participated in the discussions.

The delegation visited LGMG's Global Digital Service Dispatch Center, gaining first-hand insight into the company's achievements in digital development and operations.

The two sides then held in-depth discussions on key topics including the transformation and upgrading of the construction machinery industry, intelligent and green development, and the industrial application of artificial intelligence technologies, exchanging views on the high-quality development of the sector.

On behalf of LGMG, President Zhang Shanrui warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed appreciation for the long-term guidance and support provided by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

He also presented LGMG's research and development in artificial intelligence and its practical application in real operating scenarios.

Zhang noted that autonomous mining solutions in the industry currently face challenges such as product homogeneity and difficulty adapting to complex mining environments. Building on its technological expertise and manufacturing capabilities, LGMG is focusing on real mining scenarios and advancing differentiated drive-by-wire chassis technologies for autonomous operation, supporting business development in both domestic and international markets and strengthening the company's core competitiveness.

LGMG is also introducing AI agent technologies into internal inspection, digital standard development and other business processes. By applying digital technologies to traditional operating methods, the company has achieved tangible improvements in cost reduction and operational efficiency.

Looking ahead, LGMG plans to deepen collaboration among government, industry, universities, research institutions and end users. Key areas of development will include intelligent monitoring of standardized factory operations, the integration of embodied intelligence with mining machinery, aerial work equipment and material handling machinery, as well as autonomous operation technologies, continuously expanding the application of AI in the construction machinery sector.

Vice President Yu Detao provided the delegation with a comprehensive overview of LGMG's development, covering the company's history, core products and integrated solutions, technology innovation system, intelligent manufacturing and supply chain development, corporate culture, ESG practices and medium- to long-term development plans.

Luo Junjie spoke highly of LGMG's development achievements as a representative private enterprise in China's construction machinery sector and introduced the overall operating conditions of the national machinery industry.

He noted that the high-quality development of the construction machinery industry should focus on two priorities: continuously strengthening brand development and product quality, while firmly advancing intelligent and green transformation.

Luo further emphasized that China's equipment manufacturing industry is currently facing an important period of strategic opportunity.

Enterprises should make full use of China's early advantages in artificial intelligence and electrification, together with its comprehensive domestic industrial supply chain, to further strengthen the intelligent and green development of construction machinery and enhance their ability to compete with leading international companies.

He also stressed the importance of avoiding homogeneous and disorderly competition within the industry, promoting stable and healthy development and strengthening the sector's long-term resilience.
