SDC150i Intelligent Drill Rig – Leading Smart Drilling with Fully Electric Control

The all-new SDC150i, part of LGMRT’s i-Series intelligent drill rigs, features a fully electric control architecture and supports remote control, hole navigation, and one-touch drilling, enabling long-distance, effortless operation. Compatible with 5G and self-organizing network (SON) communications, the SDC150i helps operators efficiently tackle complex working conditions. It is suitable for open-pit blasting, rock excavation, pre-splitting and drainage hole drilling, foundation treatment, and slope stabilization. Its remote control capability is especially valuable in hazardous environments such as areas with toxic dust or unstable slopes, making mining and rock engineering operations truly "simple, safe, and efficient."

UDS391 Hydraulic Cable Bolter – A High-Efficiency, Safe Solution for Underground Support

The UDS391, developed in-house by LGMRT, is a single-boom electro-hydraulic cable bolter renowned for its high reliability, efficiency, and safety. Equipped with a Sandvik LD30 hydraulic rock drill, it supports multiple bolting methods, including resin and tube bolts. The rig is ideal for underground tunnel support, rock layer reinforcement, and bolting in hard or fractured rock, particularly in narrow tunnels (T-shaped tunnels with a 3300 mm width), hard rock, and complex geological conditions, providing an efficient solution for underground support operations.

UL100E Underground Electric LHD – Green, Efficient, and Reliable Mining Power

The UL100E is a 10-ton underground electric LHD designed for tunnels and drifts 3.8×3.8 meters and above. It features a 132 kW electric motor, optimized Dana drivetrain system, torque converter, transmission, and Kaeser drive axle, combined with a durable bucket and intelligent electric control, enabling fast loading and efficient ore transport. With its green power, high productivity, and robust reliability, the UL100E enhances operational efficiency while improving the working environment and reducing operating costs, making it ideal for high-intensity mining tasks.
