In the third quarter of 2025, the LGMRT “Quality Miles” team carried out a productive customer visit campaign across several mining areas in the Central-Southern region. The professional team — composed of members from R&D, production, quality, sales, and service departments — spent several days at the front lines of production, listening to customers’ real feedback and resolving equipment issues on site. Now, after thorough compilation and analysis, we are pleased to share the insights and outcomes from this visit.
PART 01
Sincere communication earns customer recognition

During the visit, we were pleased to hear positive feedback from customers about LGMRT mining equipment.
The manager of a metal mine commented: “The failure rate of LGMRT mining equipment is indeed very low. The procurement cost is reasonable, and daily maintenance is very convenient.”
Another mining company operates seven customized push-plate UL70 scooptrams, mainly used for backfilling and piling crushed rocks in tunnels — a tailored solution specially developed by LGMRT for their needs. The equipment supervisor shared: “All warranty-related issues are handled promptly. Moreover, we’ve noticed that the problems we reported earlier were clearly improved on subsequently delivered machines. We really appreciate this attitude of continuous improvement.”
A large phosphate mine also praised our UL70 scooptrams, saying: “The equipment has a very high attendance rate, and the failure rate is well controlled. Overall, the operating experience is very satisfying.”

On-site operations, rapid response to needs
The team for this visit was composed of members from multiple departments, enabling us to respond quickly to customer needs. During the visit, team members coordinated on-site to address the equipment issues raised by customers, resolving several problems promptly and demonstrating our efficient service capabilities.
Customers expressed their appreciation: “Being able to meet face-to-face with technical experts from multiple departments and have issues resolved on the spot is very efficient. This service model also makes us feel that LGMRT truly values its customers.”

In-depth analysis drives continuous improvement
Through careful analysis of customer feedback, we have identified the following directions for improvement:
1. Enhance transparency in early-stage communication
For equipment efficiency concerns raised by customers, we will further refine the equipment selection communication process, ensuring that customers fully understand the performance characteristics of the equipment before purchase and choose the configuration best suited to their working conditions.
2. Accelerate technological upgrades and iterations
For common component issues prevalent in the industry, we will speed up the development and implementation of alternative solutions, continuously improving product reliability.
3. Optimize the supply chain system
To address the cost of wear parts, we will explore more efficient procurement channels, reducing intermediaries and creating greater value for customers.
4. Improve information collection mechanisms
We will establish a system to collect fault information from out-of-warranty equipment, transforming these valuable data into important references for product optimization and continuously enhancing the reliability of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
